FAQs
What is CXO Centre?
CXO Centre is an Executives-as-a-subscription service. We provide on-demand access to virtual executives for startups with less than $10M in revenue and when a full-time person is not necessary or affordable. If your startup growth is hindered due to gaps in specialized leadership and founders' bandwidth, our leaders will step in to get things done.
How is CXO Centre connected to its previous associations?
CXO Centre is a culmination of decades of global expertise, built on the foundation of its core team and founders, many of whom played pivotal roles in the success of a renowned company with a 30-year legacy. For the past three years, CXO Centre operated as a distinct arm under this larger organization, specializing in leadership solutions and executive advisory services. Now, as an independent entity, CXO Centre has taken those three years of focused learning and refined its approach into a specialized, standalone offering.
Our evolution is rooted in leveraging a unique blend of legacy-driven expertise and cutting-edge innovation. Our team’s experience spans diverse industries and regions, from small and medium-sized enterprises to transformative initiatives with multinational brands and government agencies. This deep well of knowledge allows us to craft actionable strategies that address modern business challenges with precision.
As part of our transformation, we have heavily invested in advanced AI and machine learning technologies to position CXO Centre as a leader in executive solutions. By integrating these tools, we analyze, evaluate, and optimize projects with unparalleled accuracy. This ensures strategic alignment between our clients and executives, fostering long-term success.
We are also developing a proprietary business operations package tailored specifically for startups, designed to help them streamline operations, maximize market positioning, and drive accelerated growth. By combining decades of best practices with cutting-edge technology, CXO Centre is empowering businesses to thrive in today’s fast-paced, competitive environment.
As an independent and forward-thinking entity, CXO Centre offers clients a specialized approach that is both individualistic and innovation-driven. By partnering with us, businesses gain access to an unparalleled blend of global expertise, advanced technology, and a mission to redefine success in the modern business landscape.
What subscription tiers does CXO Centre offer?
We offer three subscription tiers: Silver (part-time under 20%), Gold (part-time 20-80%), and Platinum (full-time leadership).
Who is it for?
Our leadership-as-a-subscription service is tailored for:
Startups with less than $10M in ARR.
Startups with a runway of at least 12 months.
Founders who view time as a competitive advantage and don't want to waste any.
Founders who prefer proactive, real-time expert guidance to save time and funding.
Founders who want to stretch every dollar and delay additional capital raises to minimize dilution.
Founders who need to improve valuation metrics so they can raise capital on favorable terms or achieve a quick exit.
How does CXO Centre make it affordable for ALL startups to hire top-tier executives ?
According to Glassdor, the average salary for a single full-time executive exceeds $190k annually. In addition to the salary, executives also receive annual bonuses ranging from $100k to $150k and benefits. The employer is responsible for paying FICA employer taxes and may offer equity in the company, typically ranging from 1% to 5%.
This can result in a total cost exceeding $300k per year for just one executive. However, for startups to scale effectively, they require a team of executives including a CEO, CTO, CMO, COO, CRO, CFO, and CPO. Most startups with less than $10M in revenue find it challenging to allocate $1.8M+ in payroll solely for the executive team. Additionally, they need to build a team of regular employees.
CXO Centre offers a cost-effective solution for early-stage startups, allowing them to access experienced executives and strategic guidance for as low as $30,000 a year ($2,500 per month). This approach helps startups avoid the risks associated with not having experienced leadership team, such as costly mistakes, missed opportunities, and slower growth. By tapping into top executive talent on demand, startups can mitigate these risks and benefit from informed decision-making, effective problem-solving, and efficient resource allocation, ultimately enabling them to breeze past $10M in ARR faster.
Now, your startup can get the expertise you need vs. what you can afford.

What's the difference between CXO Centre vs. consulting firms?
When comparing CXO Centre's on-demand executives to consulting firms, a key distinction lies in their demonstrated success. Our executives, have successfully led critical functions at multiple companies, including large, publicly traded organizations and startups that have achieved scalability across the globe.
Consulting firms often hire and train young MBAs with limited or no practical experience in operations or leadership. On the other hand, CXO Centre offers experienced executives who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
While your startup may not require a full-time executive for each department, you may still need the expertise and insights of proven executives to lead, mentor, or support your existing team and help them perform at their best.
In today's fast-paced landscape of innovation and scalability, on-demand access to expert talent becomes a competitive differentiator.
How is CXO Centre's subscription prices structured?

We retain a modest 30% to cover platform costs and provide our services. Executives also have the option to donate up to 100% of their earnings to a charity of their choice.
