The belief

Most organizations never design how they operate. They inherit it — from habit, precedent, and whoever happened to be in the room — then defend it as though it were chosen. That inherited operating model is usually the most valuable and most neglected thing they own.

CXO Centre is founder-led, drawing on an established network of vetted operators and executives — engaged for advisory input against a defined outcome, never staffed as our own team and never the thing being sold. The access is what matters, not a headcount.

Where this goes

An ecosystem held together by one philosophy.

Fraction1 is the first product; more will follow, and some may sit outside enterprise software entirely. What decides whether a venture belongs is not its market or its technology — it is whether it shares this operating philosophy. That is the only membership test.
